the smell of dampness was absolutely unbearable, and the fact that my request for a late checkout was ignored is just shocking. i was expecting a complimentary gesture for the inconvenience, but who am i kidding? i almost thought about leaving a good review, but then i remembered the cracked tiles. just disgraceful.

I had a chance to spend a few nights exploring Bangkok, mainly visiting local attractions like the Erawan Shrine, which is a bit of a trek but worth it. I enjoyed my time as the area had numerous local shops for quick bites and snacks. The hotel's entry was decent, providing a welcoming atmosphere, which I appreciated after long days of sightseeing. the shared bathrooms weren't well maintained, which made things a bit less comfortable than I'd hoped.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk to Nana BTS station, making it super convenient for our family. The staff were warm and incredibly helpful, especially when we needed assistance with our bags. our room was clean and spacious, which was perfect for accommodating our children.
The communal bathrooms could use better upkeep.

Okay stay, could use some work
So we spent 7 nights in a superior double room. The room was decent, but the vibe felt off with people coming in and out late at night. The entry area was nice and we loved the bar/lounge for drinks. the bathrooms were super cramped and kinda gross. Just made things less comfy than they should've been.

satisfactory stay but needs improvements
The location was quite strategic, allowing easy access to local attractions. I particularly enjoyed the stunning city view from my room, which added a nice touch to my experience. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was commendable, making me feel comfortable during my stay.
The shared bathrooms could really use better maintenance.

This was a nice choice for a swift visit in Bangkok with good value. The room itself was actually reasonably good. Bring your own air freshener for the shared bathrooms.

The hotel's entry was decent, and we appreciated the comfortable beds in our room. Traveling with 4 kids, we needed a family-friendly option, which we found here. The kids enjoyed the local shops nearby, making it easy for us to grab snacks.
My wife says that the bathrooms were not well-maintained.

The room was decently sized and clean. the atmosphere was frequently disrupted by the smell emanating from the toilets near the lobby. Maintenance issues were apparent, with plumbing concerns in multiple areas of the hotel. While I appreciated the light salads served, the overall experience was tainted by noise and unpleasant odors, making it challenging to relax.
